ABOUT YOUR COACH
As a life-long health and fitness enthusiast, I've always had a keen interest in the wellness industry. I’ve learned a lot over the years and wanted to share that knowledge and experience with others. I am a certified personal trainer, sport & exercise nutrition coach, Mother, among many things. Most importantly, I want to help others with their fitness goals.
Wendy has never been known to shy away from a challenge. In fact, her mantra in life is “Bring It On!” She embodies this ideology in her personal life and incorporates it into her engaging coaching style with her clients. Wendy is not your stereotypical Personal Trainer. She embraces her role as a coach, mentor, cheerleader and chief negotiator.
She is passionate about helping people discover their most heartfelt “why”. Her compassion and love for her business shines through as she helps her clients envision the transformation they are longing for.
Not only does Wendy supply the tools and systems to deliver her fitness & nutrition programs, she also provides that elusive accountability and support network for when times get tough.
She is a straight shooter and does not back away from telling hard truths to give her clients clarity. At the end of the day, results are what they are looking for and Wendy will not pull any punches when it comes to keeping it real. She prides herself on her clients’ successes, often seeing amazing results in as little as 30 days.
"You are in it for yourself, not by yourself."
